Returns & breakages

If you don’t like any of the beer you have bought you can return it and receive a refund. You must notify us with ten business days of receiving your order. The refund will not include any postage. You can either post the beer back to the brewery, or drop it back in person to either the brewery or Absolute Homebrew at Penrith. Postage or other delivery costs will be your responsibility.

We will refund the cost of any breakages occurring in transit exclusive of postage charges. As part of the wine delivery service, Australia Post will notify the brewery of any breakages occurring in transit. Nonetheless, please contact us as soon as possible. It will help us if you can email photos of the broken bottles in the carton, plus any other photos you think appropriate.
